The new moon is a portal of transformation, a time to surrender the old and welcome fresh beginnings. Together, we will align with the energy of the new moon to release what no longer serves us, clear space within and plant new seeds of intention. Through intuitive art-making and communal energy, we’ll tap into the subconscious and give form to our inner visions for the cycle ahead. This is a moment for reflection, renewal, and creative manifestation where the unseen takes shape and our intentions are infused with life.

Come as you are, and leave feeling clearer, and aligned with your path ahead.

Notes:

• Recommended: Do a deep spiritual cleanse prior to this event. You can do an egg cleanse, a purifying salt bath or any other spiritual cleansing ritual you prefer.

• Each New Moon cycle we will meet together online — a chance to gather in a communal circle from anywhere in the world!

• This is a sacred, non-judgemental space to gather, be heard and join with kindred souls to set intentions ahead of the new cycle.

• There will be a guided meditation, art ritual prompt, oracle card reading, and an opportunity for you to share (if you feel called to do so).

• You do not have to be on camera and our circle will not be recorded to maintain a sacred space.

Art supply suggestions to bring (For those who want to be prepared):

• Paper (various sizes and textures)

• Pens, pencils, markers, colored pencils

• Paint (watercolor, acrylic, etc.)

• Brushes

• Collage materials (magazines, newspapers, found objects)

• Scissors

• Glue or tape

• Candles (To create a new moon atmosphere in their own space)

Be-ing Healing Circle is intended to be a safe and healing space, centered in Odinani (the spiritual system of Ndi Igbo) where we can safely and tenderly:

• lay down our masks and sit with our truths

• talk about how we are navigating our physical material reality and our spiritual realities in these times, including the issues/worries/concerns impacting our wellbeing

• find and receive support from each other and from Spirit

• Come (back) into a better way of being with self, with others, with nature, with the Earth, with (our) Spirit(s), with God.
