Sharing is Caring: 8 Spiritual Practices That Can Improve the Quality of Your Life!

In my spiritual practice journal, we have a list of practices which we revisit every other day to decide which one to use as meditation. Meditation in this context is simply anything that helps you get more familiar with yourself. For those who are constantly searching for good spiritual practices or meditation exercises, for ways to stay grounded (spirit conscious in body), we’ve come up with a list for you from our journal. Hope you find it useful!

8 Exercises & Practices to Stay Grounded:

  1. Walking

  2. Stretching

  3. Conscious Breathing exercises

  4. Purification exercises

  5. Gratitude Exercise (through vocal expression or journaling)

  6. Music (by listening or singing)

  7. Positive Affirmations (through vocal expression or journaling)

  8. Dancing.

These are things we have on our personal list, and on any given day we use at least one exercise from the list to meditate or ground ourself. On a really good day, we could use a couple of them. Each exercise does not have to take up much time, try to find fifteen to thirty minutes to see to any of the exercises that feels right for you each day.

You know yourself best. Decide what could work for you (might not even be on my list) and make a personalized list for yourself in your own jorunal. See to it!
