Adazi-Enu Town Overview
Adazi-Enu is an Igbo town located in Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State. It shares its borders with Ichida, Adazi-Ani, Adazi-Nnukwu, Agulu, Akwaeze and Neni.

Rivers and Streams
Adazi-Enu has no rivers or streams. Local tradition holds that a body of water called Mmịlị Anya-Afụ Adazi once existed in the community, but it dried up following a dispute with the villagers.

Main Market Day
The main market day in Adazi-Enu is Nkwo, and the market itself is locally known as Nkwo-Adazi-Enu. Burials and other major public events that could interfere with market activities are prohibited throughout Adazi-Enu on Nkwo market days.
Major Festivals
Awam-Ji Adazi-Enu Festival: The New Yam Festival of Adazi-Enu is celebrated annually on the first Sunday in August that falls on an Eke market day.

Founder and History
According to oral tradition, the people of Adazi-Enu descend from Okotu, an ancestor whose children also established nearby communities like Ichida, Obeledu, Ikenga, Umuona, Amichi, and Osumenyi.
